Directed full range of activities for of the Social Development Program for the Mexican Government. Supervised staff of up to 50 employees with responsibilities for hiring, employee development and performance evaluation.

  • Developed and directed implementation of teenager rehabilitation program with focus on prevention of alcoholism and drug addiction. The program assisted near 3,500 teenagers in recovery and return to productive role in the society. The program successfully assisted near 2,500 troubled teenagers in placement in Institute of Mexican Social Security.

  • Directed program for assistance to abandoned homeless children in Mexico City. The program assisted in access of 1,000 children by identifying appropriate government programs and institutions for placement. Managed vaccination program that assisted in access of 4,000 children per year.

  • Developed and directed implementation of the program to support elderly low-income people. Developed criteria for qualification and established programs for distribution of available funds to support those in need of assistance.  Food, social activities, hobbies, presents for holidays, means for medical assistance.

  • Directed and participated in the Crime Victim Assistance Program by canceling victims and assisting them in return to society as productive citizens.
