$1,000 option. This option will help businesses that have qualified and available personnel, but need a jump start to quickly set up its quality management system. This program includes our complimentary ISO 9001 Documentation Set and 10 hours of on-line consulting. This program will result in:

Assignment of the Management Representative,
Provision of ISO 9001 Executive Overview on-line training to your QMS team,
Assessment of your current documentation and processes to determine what documents can be used and those that need to be developed for your new QMS

$8,000 option (*). This option will help businesses that have limited knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and qualified personnel for the project. When you choose this option, we will schedule a one week visit to your company to set up your QMS. In addition to the deliverables for the Implementation Program above, we will:

Conduct a one day ISO 9001 Explained seminar for your QMS team,
Develop your QMS documentation (**),
Conduct your initial management review,
Develop processes for generation of records,
Assist you in selection of your registrar.

$25,000 option (*). This option will help businesses that have limited knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and qualified personnel for the project. When you choose this option, we will schedule a one month on-site visits schedule to your company to set up your entire QMS. In addition to the deliverables for the one week option above, we will:

Conduct a one day ISO 9001 Explained seminar for your QMS team,
Conduct a one day ISO 9001 Internal Auditor seminar for your QMS team,
Develop your QMS documentation,

$75,000 option (*). This option will help businesses to implement their ISO 9001 quality management system with minimal involvement of their personnel. Using this program, you simply bring our consultant to your site for three month (***) and we will develop and implement your ISO 9001 QMS including assistance with your certification audit.

(*) The cost of this option, including business travel expenses is for the continental US only. If you are an international company, business class airfare and travel time compensation will be added.
