Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Electronic documents: condition of sale

We want our publications to help your company and work for you. For this purpose we developed and offer to you extensive list of preview versions of our publications. All sales are subject to the License Agreement and are final. As with any other software, purchase of our products is not refundable. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to call us and we will be glad to assist you in your selection.

2. On-line consulting appointments

A client may cancel an on-line appointment with at least two weeks notice. With such a notice, we will be glad to re-schedule client's on-line appointment. If a client cancels an on-line consulting appointment with less than two weeks notice, the appointment payment will not be refunded. 

3. On-site visits

A client may cancel an on-site visit with at least four weeks notice with a full refund of the visit payment, minus any travel expenses, such as airline fare, paid by Quality Works by the time of such cancellation. If a client cancels an on-site visit with less than four weeks notice, Quality Works will refund to the client only unused travel expenses.
